Closed Gcash Verification Email Error

Hello po. This is regarding my GCash account. I made a new GCash account and then need po iverify ung email.
Kapag ung email ko na attached sa isa ko pang GCash account ko ung ginagamit ko pang verify, may lumalabas na error (1st pic)
Then pag ibang email naman na hindi attached sa any GCash acc ginagamit ko, may error pa rin ung ueV1-500 (2nd pic)
Just wana ask kung bakit po ganun and if others are experiencing the same error?

baka internet connection yan TS...
try mo nga i-register na naka off yung data.
kapag yan pa rin ang error, try mo magconnect sa wifi

Ayaw po nya magregister pag naka off yung data.
Then same error pa rin with wifi pero thanks for the recommendation.
