Closed Gcash email verification code error

Hi guys! Need help sa nakakaalam kung pano iverify ung email sa gcash. Naka 5 codes na ko pero hindi tinatanggap bakit kaya? I'm using ios tapos ung codes na sinesend ni gcash sa spam folder napupunta.

Sa Spam po talaga sinesend ang codes ni Gcash. Try mo po iuninstall then install ulit tapos iverify ulit. Baka po nag bug lang.

Ganun din po ginawa ko uninstall install din pero di pa din sya gumana. Btw salamat sa response

nag email po ako sa gcash kasi same din po sakin di makapagverify ng email. Ito po sagot nila sakin.

I have the same problem for a week then when I messaged gcash ito ang sabi nila. I tried yung number 2 and nag work. Sana makatulong po
