I'm not telling them to invest now, I;m not even asking them to invest bigger amount. In my case, i'm informing them what is really happening now with cryptocurrency! its their choice to invest or not, not mine and NOT YOURS!

Investing vs. Trading:

Investing and trading are two very different methods of attempting to profit in the financial markets. Both investors and traders seek profits through market participation. In general, investors seek larger returns over an extended period through buying and holding. Traders, by contrast, take advantage of both rising and falling markets to enter and exit positions over a shorter timeframe, taking smaller, more frequent profits.

Investing

The goal of investing is to gradually build wealth over an extended period of time through the buying and holding of a portfolio of stocks, baskets of stocks, mutual funds, bonds, and other investment instruments.

Trading

Trading involves more frequent transactions, such as the buying and selling of stocks, commodities, currency pairs, or other instruments.

While buy-and-hold investors wait out less profitable positions, traders seek to make profits within a specified period of time and often use a protective stop-loss order to automatically close out losing positions at a predetermined price level. Traders often employ technical analysis tools, such as moving averages and stochastic oscillators, to find high-probability trading setups

*Position Trader: Positions are held from months to years.
*Swing Trader: Positions are held from days to weeks.
*Day Trader: Positions are held throughout the day only with no overnight positions.
*Scalp Trader: Positions are held for seconds to minutes with no overnight positions.

Guys.. don't invest money you need right now sa cryptocurrency. Pero kung may savings kayo, at wala naman kayong pag gagastusan in the near future. go ahead at sakay na sa cryptocurreny roller coaster! :D Hindi para sa mga mahihina ang puso 'to.. ang bilis mag sky rocket nung market value once in awhile.. pero ang bilis din lumagapak pababa, kaya ingat nalang at enjoy the ride..
short backstory ko:bumili ako ng bitcoins back in 2015, back then around 20k php/btc yung price..and because * ako..ang dami kong bad investments/trade decissions sa alt coins..laki ng talo ko..buti na lang nag 'halving' at nag 'hardfork' si btc..nabawi tuloy lahat ng talo ko..haha! At nung mag skyrocket ang value ni btc back in iate 2017..grabeh yung tuwa ko..biglang yaman ako..but then 2018 came.. bagsak lahat sa crypto market..depressed tuloy ako..sinisi ko sarili ko, bakit di ko bininta lahat while nasa 900k-800k pa yung price ni btc..pero hoping padin ako na taas ulit price, kaya inilipat ko lahat ng crypto ko sa cold storage..and now here we are at 2019..mukang babawi na naman si btc..excited na naman ako! :D And in a year or so..may halving na naman sa mining rewards si btc..at baka maulit na naman yung pag pagtaas ng bitcoin price like the last time..kaya naman hodl lang muna ako until then..i'm still enjoying my ride!

Don't keep any/all of your crypto on online wallets, like coinbase or coins.ph, ok lang mag lagay ng kunting amount dun, as long as di mo ma mi-miss yung amount pag one day ma häçk or biglang maglaho yung website.

haaaaays...weekend ngayon.Kakatamad mag lecture. So ganito nalang: Think of BCH/cryptocurrency as a stock. So yung initial money na ibinili niya sa coin is his puhunan/investment in the stock market. Now he has the option to either actively trade it to fiat or other coins ;
Trading
Trading involves more frequent transactions, such as the buying and selling of stocks, commodities, currency pairs, or other instruments.

OR keep it as a long term investment. In other words, di lang niya gagalawin until the coin reaches a certain value na he will be happy with, then saka siya mag trade back to fiat or alt coins. Looks like yan ginagawa niya.

TLDR; Since yung "cash in" niya ay ginamit niya na pambili ng BCH,and since constantly changing yung value ni BCH, may potential siyang magka profit or losses..either way it counts as an investment,ok? :)

If you're as paranoid as me, at gusto mo talaga gumawa ng safe na paper wallet, heto ginawa ko:
1)Binuhay ang old laptop/computer ko, wipe everything, clean install ng OS, absolutely no internet connection from the start.
2)Install vanitygen (bitcoin address generator yan, google mo na lang, make sure yung official at safe yung ma download mo), then nag generate ako ng mga custom address.
3)Then, testing muna kung working yung addresses, install muna ng electrum(lite bitcoin wallet, again, verify muna kung official at safe yung na download mo bago gamitin) tsaka import ng generated private keys para ma check kong matching yung public at private keys.
4)After that, inilista ko Public at private keys sa literal na papel.(kung my meron kang old printers, yung wala pang wifi pwede rin yun nalang gamitin mo sa pag print), ipina laminate at itinago sa ilalim ng baul ni lola. Then data wipe ulit kay lappy.. done!

Now, before you send big amounts to the address, it's better to send muna ng maliit na amount
para 100% ma confirm na working siya. Also para mas madali yung pagsend mo to the paper wallet, gawan mo nalang ng QR code yung public key/address...yung private key kahit hindi na, pag the time comes na gusto mong ilipat na btc mo, pwede naman manual input sa pagimport ng private keys, tiyaga na lang sa pag type. Also, gawa ka ng backups, just in case masira or mawala. And just because "paper wallet" ang name does not mean it has to be on paper, pwede rin e.engrave mo sa stainless steel para fire/water proof.

Anyway, i'm sure may safer and easier way than this somewhere online, kaw na lang mag hanap :ROFLMAO:

Sir pa send naman ito sa message via pm kung okay lang para gagawin ko pag may freetime

Thats not investment sir. Learn how to trade. Habang mataas ang value, isell mo na. Kapag nakita mong bumababa, mag buy ka. Dun mo mapapansin na nagearn ka. Then repeat the process. Thats how tradings work.
Salamat sa info....
