Yes po, yung mga incoming models ang totally affected ng ban.

However, it could be ready for the Chinese market in late 2019 and globally in 2020. However, Huawei reached out to TechRadar to explain that there has been some confusion inside the company. Later on, the brand confirmed that “the new Android-replacing operating system, codenamed HongMeng, will not be launching in June this year.”

The device just came back just this morning in the same spot it was before the removal. Presumably, this has to do with the 90-day general license Huawei was granted to continue working on its existing products. This is probably a good sign that not only is work continuing on the beta, but that current Huawei devices might be updated.
