Download Speed: Download speed is the rate at which data is transferred from the Internet to the user's computer. The upload speed is the rate that data is transferred from the user's computer to the Internet. Cable companies set the default setting to download faster than upload.

Ping: The ping is the reaction time of your connection–how fast you get a response after you've sent out a request. A fast ping means a more responsive connection, especially in applications where timing is everything (like video games). Ping is measured in milliseconds (ms).
Jitter: Jitter in IP networks is the variation in the latency on a packet flow between two systems, when some packets take longer to travel from one system to the other. ... A jitter buffer (or de-jitter buffer) can mitigate the effects of jitter, either in the network on a router or switch, or on a computer.
1st Test:
Result: Good Download and Upload speed. Low ping ( green ping ). Low jitter ( meaning fast transfer or travel of packets from one system going to another ).

Ang pinaka STABLE at LOW PING na APN according dito sa test na ito, ay ang APN #1 o yung LTE NET na APN. Good Download and Upload Speed. Low Ping ( di siya nagpiping ). Low jitter ( di nagbubuff ).
Yung test is ginawa ko sa EXACT SAME LOCATION. And EXACT SAME VPN CONFIGURATION.

Pwede rin kayo magtest ng sarili nyo kung ano mas magandang APN sa lugar niyo. Pero dito sa location ko ( Laguna Area ) mas maganda yung 1st APN ( LTE NET APN ).
