Mahirap sagutin yung tanong kung di namin alam yung setup mo bosing - sa pc ba o android, naka-router ka ba o naka-tether, naka-vpn ka ba o injector...atbp. Ang alam ko sa connected at no browse, maaring related sa DNS. Common problem yan sa networking ng devices. Maaari din connected ka pero hindi naka-proxy yung app mo or corrupted yung tcp/ip stack....

Click Start and then click Run. Copy and paste (or type) the following command in the dialog box and then press ENTER:

Sundin mo lang yung sumusunod.

• Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
• Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
• Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
• Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
• Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter

Reboot the computer.

Bago ko gawin yan, naka-set sa dhcp lang yung net connection ko, say sa wifi.
Nag-install din ako ng dns changer kung walang option sa settings ng phone.
To flush dns, patayin mo lang yung phone, alsin mo yung baterya ng ilang segundo, ibalik at restart ang phone.
Normally, para nag-reset na rin yung system when android reboots.
Kung talagang grabe, mag-hard reset ka na lang bosing.

Yang kaso ng connected but no browse ay maraming dahilan. Pwedeng manggaling sa ISP or pwedeng manggaling sa corrupt network settings mo. You have to find it by yourself or look for cases similar to yours.

Bawat sitwasyon po ay may conditions. Malamang may pagkaiba yung net settings mo sa cp wrt to pc. Yan lang kasi sinabi mo. Di ko talaga masasabi yung eksakto bosing. Try mo magbago ng DNS. Yung Google at Cloudflare ang mabilis ngayon. Kalimitan ay dyan nagkakatalo sa DNS resolver.
