The reactor output is 5% safety standard,
Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power has either left the amplified output to 18% power for 10 hours or tried to lower the output.

Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Assertion

Reactor operation must be done by the person who acquired the reactor supervisor certificate or the reactor pilot certificate,
If a worker who is supervised, supervised and directed by a nuclear reactor operator supervisor has instructions from the supervisor, the non-certified worker can act as a reactor operator.

Maybe it's good for the Philippines.
South Korea is looking for a place to store or discard high - level radioactive waste made from nuclear power plants. There is also a tremendous risk a bonus
