Some people have complained that after they voted, they noticed there were other names of candidates inserted in their votes when they checked their voter’s receipts. But before we continue, let’s go back to where this whole scam might have started:
From the outset, there were some strange things happening in relation to the 2019 elections. First, the Social Weather Station (S.W.S) was conspicuously absent during the whole election period. But from December 2018 to March 2019, 3 fake S.W.S. surveys started to appear in succession. For what purpose? You shall see. We will start from here.
1. The Mysterious Absence of S.W.S. and the Emergence of Fake S.W.S. Surveys
In a strange twist of event, the S.W.S., which had always been active during election seasons was absent from the poll scenes. On February we emailed S.W.S. and learned that its last senatorial preference survey results (which also turned out to be their last for this election) were issued on September last year:

But why did the S.W.S. stop at those surveys? Perhaps, the next surveys can answer the question. Around December 2018, a fake S.W.S. came out showing Mr. Bong Go at around 15th spot.
Then, in January 2019, another fake S.W.S. came out, this time showing Bong Go at around 5th-6th spot, an unbelievable leap of ten points in just little over a month! Now you are probably starting to see the bigger picture.
Then, on February 2019, Mr. Go went up further to the 3rd spot! (See the 2nd section), which is exactly the same spot he landed in the actual election:
But unfortunately for the people behind these fake surveys, the S.W.S. itself disowned this particular one, which had already circulated all over the media including all the major ones. Unbelievably, they were all taken for a ride, including all the respected media outfits.

But both of these articles were deleted, showing what kind of influence and power the people behind these fake surveys hold.)
Therefore… this is just my speculation: I think the S.W.S. might have been pressured or even threatened not to issue senatorial preference surveys so that some people – and you know who they are – can make their own “S.W.S” surveys.

And now, back to the old question, but why? Obviously, they were issued to condition the minds of the people that Mr. Bong Go will make it to the magic twelve. It is obvious that the people involved desperately want Bong Go in and at a relatively high position at that. After they were exposed by the S.W.S., they opted for Pulse Asia, a poll firm with a dubious past that it has come to be known as “False” Asia, perhaps meaning that they are open for manipulation of survey results, just my opinion. Pulse results started with Go at 5th spot and 4th just a few days before the elections. And not surprisingly, Go landed 3rd in the actual election – 5, 4, 3 seems to be the pattern they programmed, looks very natural. But there is a more sinister side to this issue – Mar Roxas was moved far back to the 17th spot.
To balance this a bit, let’s go back to the last authentic senatorial survey from S.W.S., which came out September last year, a bit old but we have no choice as this is the only senatorial survey I consider to be authentic:
Here, Mar stands at a more reasonable 7th spot, considering that he has been out of the limelight for more than 2 years! Now that he has been showing his face every day on television campaign ads, his standing should have risen, or at least stood still, or at the worst, went down few notches but still within the winning circle. But instead, he went down to the 17th. Is this possible? And please also consider that when he ran for senate, he was a topnotcher, winning then with a record-breaking number of votes, and he also beat Grace Poe – now standing at 2nd, and who was another topnotcher senator, also with a record-breaking number of votes – in the last election. It’s all right if the variation or the switch of position was reasonable, but this switch of position between Mar and Go is quite extreme, and therefore, unbelievable, especially considering the fact that the fake SWS survey showed Bong Go leaping from 15th to 5-6th in just a month between December and January, and up to 3rd about a month later – a spot where he actually landed. This looks more like a fraud than anything else and this is what prevailed or made to prevail in the last election. The people involved want us to believe Mar went down because he opposed the extremely popular president, whose ratings on the surveys are nothing extraordinary to justify such claim. Do you believe that? It’s up to you. So to wrap up this section, you may say that this was a mind-conditioning scheme to make the public believe that Bong Go will win and land at around 3rd place and Mar Roxas will lose. It’s all too obvious that the administration wants the top opposition guy out, and its favorite son in, the Senate.
As a reference, how can this man who has absolutely no charisma get 20 million plus votes that broke Grace Poe’s old record? Bong Go has an active Twitter account for about 10 months but as of the election day, May 13, he had only 773 followers, by far the lowest among well-known personalities. The number was so low that it almost made me cry…
2. Suspicious Voluntary wí†hdráwal of Namfrel
First off, consider these facts: Joey Concepcion (III), the son of one of the NAMFREL founders, and its key figure, chairman emeritus Jose Conception, Jr., is the Presidential Consultant for Entrepreneurship. Secondly, a relative of Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo, Ricardo Romulo, serves as its lawyer. Without implying anything, let’s ask this question: why has Namfrel folded up so easily, without giving up any fight? Everybody who knows the history of Namfrel knows that this organization used to do everything, even fighting tooth and nail, just to get the accreditation. But this time, why has it decided to give up so easily. This is very suspicious. Are they in collusion with the powers-that-be?
3. Choosing a Party of Majority Coalition as Dominant Minority Party instead of the Usual Opposition Party by Comelec
One member of Comelec reportedly dissented saying that it should be the opposition party which should be declared as the dominant minority party. Why is this important? With the loss of the dominant minority status, the opposition loses some of the privileges accorded to the dominant minority particularly with regard to the safeguarding of their votes. Meaning, this may make it a bit easier for the administration to cheat against the opposition.
4. The Defective SD Cards and the Breakdown of Vote Counting Machines (V.C.M.)
In the first place, would a professional government institution purchase defectives items? I don’t think so but to be realistic, it is possible. Just before the election, at least 686 SD cards were found to be defective. “SD cards are used to store the encrypted image of the ballots fed inside the VCM’s on the election day.” (Could this mean that in cases similar to that of Ms. Huessaff’s friend, defective SD cards won’t be able to copy the images of their ballots, thereby leaving no record or evidence of whom they really voted for? Just asking.) And to make it worse, many V.C.M.’s broke down. Weren’t these machines the newer ones? So the crucial question is: can these defective SD cards and the V.C.M.’s that broke down be used, in one way or the other, for cheating? I believe so but I will leave it up to the experts to explain this as this is beyond the scope of my knowledge, technically speaking. It is enough to say that it is highly suspicious and anomalous.

II. The Grand Result – Election and the Post-Election Anomalies
5. Dagdag Boto
Now we go back to where we started on this blog. There were reportedly other dagdag boto incidences similar to the one mentioned by Solenn Huessaff. This example is from Twitter, recalling similar incident during the trial run:

This means that there were possible dagdag operations of votes in the voting and if this is true, the possibilities are almost limitless, as you are all aware most people do not fill up all the 12 slots for senators on their ballots. If the cheaters can fill the rest for the voters, they can add an almost unlimited number of votes to suit their programmed voting pattern. But the planners made one big mistake: if they are not careful, especially in manipulating millions of votes, the numbers can get out of control and this seems to be what happened in election 2019. More on this on section 7.
6. The Suspicious Standstill of Counting for Nearly 8 Hours and its Magical Return
The counting started and at 6:25 PM (May 13th), it all of a sudden went into a standstill for nearly 8 hours after the counting reached just 0.38 percent, “due to technical glitches” but seemingly after already establishing a trend where the administration candidates monopolized the results. It was reported that, by then, Comelec had already received 70% of the election returns, leaving some people to conclude that they were manipulating the results. Counting returned almost magically at more than 90% level at around 1 AM next morning. Many people were surprised when they woke up the next morning, the counting had already breached 90% level and the earlier trend established at a mere 0.38% level remained intact! particularly at the top 5 level, where the top allies of this administration stand, Bong Go at 3rd and Bato dela Rosa at 5th.

This is also somewhat questionable. Trends normally cannot be established at a mere 0.38% level but it did hold like magic. Amazing! The quip of the day was this: “when I woke up, China won!” Many people on social media became very suspicious of the standstill and its seemingly magical return, weaving all sorts of conspiracy theories, and who can blame them. This delay needs a full explanation and even warrants a full investigation, but who will do the investigation?
7. The Next Anomaly, which Could Turn out to be a Bombshell – the Unusually High Number of Votes Received by Top 3 Candidates
In previous senatorial elections, the top winners got an average of 18 million to 19 million votes, with 20 million being the previous record held by Grace Poe since 2013. (See the top 5 winners in three past senatorial elections below.)
This is where the possible cheating shows its tail. When you manipulate millions of numbers, something ought to go wrong somewhere and I think this is it. On this election, the top candidate’s vote reached whopping 25 million for Cynthia Villar, more than 21 million for Grace Poe, and Bong Go is on the way to breaking the old record of 20, 337,327 held by Poe herself. Or more simply, 3 candidates breaking the old record on the same election! Unbelievable, and highly improbable. What makes this more laughable is that former record holder, Mar Roxas, who beat number 2 Poe in the last election, just got around 10 million votes. For me, Mr. Roxas is, without doubt, the victim of “bawas” operation.

During the 1986 snap election, a group of patriotic computer operators walked out to protest the poll manipulation they were made to perform. To cut the story short, that act eventually led to the ouster of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos through the People Power revolution. The administration should be afraid, really afraid.
