Kung malalaman mo yung mechanics at system na ginagamit ng pinas sa election/voting system, madali lang naman yata. It's a basic counting lang naman yata yan(not sure). Tapos saka gather yung summary per precinct. Yung summary nun(sum of luzon, vis & min), yun ang over all votes per candidate. Pero kung basic simulation voting system lang naman, counting lang yan I'm sure.

This is a vague question.

What are the requirements besides it's voting and a system? What is the deadline? What is your budget and resources?

When clients ask us to create a gallery, we got to ask tell us more because I am sure his gallery has a specific purpose. I might create a gallery of cats. But he might be really thinking a gallery of plugins.
