Rather than asking for someone to build your "system", why don't you elaborate whatever this system might be, ie its design, its purpose, the framework it was built on. You can also present what have you done and tried so far. And what is not working vs the intended behavior of your program.
This is becoming a vicious cycle in our educational system where it tolerates this kind of attitude amongst students. As a result, we produce graduates and professionals who lack real passion and understanding to their chosen field <sigh>.
No wonder we are lagging behind progressive countries like Singapore.
