Magandang araw po mga ka PC. Late nanaman si ako. sa mga nag aabang ng part 4 ay pag pasensyahan niyo ako. lalo na kay Jetpogi.

Sa TUT ko ngayon dito sa part 4 ay tungkol sa kung paanu natin ma secured ng maayos ang website natin at lalo na ang ating personal info. "Dont believe in a dreams, Sometimes it is beautiful." kaya wag tayong mag padala saating kayabangan.

Ang unang gagawin natin ay lalagyan natin ng SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) ang ating domain. nakakatulong din ito sa SEO. sa part na ito ay hindi na nating kailangan ng pera para makabili ng sariling SSL certificate. malalaman mo ang domain name kung secure sa pamamagitan ng may nakalagay na green padlock sa url address. simulan na natin kung paanu makakuha ng free ssl.

1.SSL

Step 1: mag signup sa cloudflare.com after that ay click mo lang ang "add site"
Step 2: add your domain name without (http:// or https://). example: angakingdomain.com
Step 3: piliin mo ang "FREE PLAN" at hintahin mo lang hanggang lumabas ang lahat ng DNS record at lahat naka kulay yellow ang cloud.
Step 4: ituloy mo lang click "Continue" at bibigyan ka ng bagong nameserver ni cloudflare. example: any.cloudflare.com at mark.cloudflare.com
Step 5: Punta ka sa domain registrar mo at palitan mo ang nameserver nito. example: ns1.myhostingDNS.com at ns2.myhostingDNS.com.
ang ns1.myhostingDNS.com ay palitan mo ng any.cloudflare.com at ns2.myhostingDNS.com ay palitan mo ng mark.cloudflare.com and "SAVE".


NOTE: hintahin mo lang mag 15mins. at refresh your browser. at kung wala parin ay clear mo lang ang browser cache mo.

2.Personal Information.

Guys isinali ko lang ito sa TUT ko. optional lang po ito . pero kung may balak kang gagawa ng movie streaming site? mas mainam na dapat secure ang personal info mo kasi alam na natin na bawal naman talaga ang pag pupublish at pag share ng mga movies.

Una sa lahat. bago ka bibili ng domain, hosting, cloud storage, etc. ay huwag mong gamitin ang iyong real name at bank account. mas mainam kung gagamit ka ng paypal account with fake name. at wag e link ang bank account mo sa paypal account na pang bili mo ng domain at hosting. ang gawin mo ay gagawa ka ng dalawang paypal account. 1st paypal account mo ay e link mo ang bank account mo at mag add fund. tapos mo malagyan ng balance ang 1st paypal acc. mo ay mag send ka ng money sa 2nd paypal acc. mo at yon ang gamitin mo pambili ng domain at hosting at storage.

Step 1 – Create Cloudflare Account

First, you need to create an account. Open Official Website and click on Sign Up button at the top left corner. You can also use this link to sign up. Enter your email address, a strong password and accept terms and conditions. Click Create Account button.

Step 2 – Setup Website

These are wizard-driven steps. You just need to enter requested data and click continue button.

Add Website

In this step, you need to enter the domain name and click on Scan DNS Records.You can enter multiple names separated by a comma. It scans your site to find out existing DNS and other related information. It also shows a small video on Cloudflare. Click on Continue.

This is how it shows the DNS records. It includes A, AAA and CNAME entries and everything.

Do not change anything and just hit Continue.

Select Cloudflare Plan

It offers different plan like,

  1. Free Website
  2. Pro Website
  3. Business Website
  4. Enterprise Website
Not earning anything from these blogs… so choosing Free Plan and click Continue. in Free website, you get Basic Security Protection, Fast Website Performance, SSL and always online service.

Next, it shows existing name server of your site and nameserver you need to change.Now, this site is using Hostgator Shared Service.

Next step you need to change the name server of your site with the new one given by Cloudflare.

Log in to a domain registrar and change the name server. Nameserver propagation process takes somewhere around 3 to 4 hours even though the message is saying 24 hours. Your website remains up and keeps serving your visitors.

We are using the domain from GoDaddy. So let’s login there and change name server to cortney.ns.cloudflare.com and sid.ns.cloudflare.com.

Update Name Server

Login to domain registrar in our case it is Godaddy. Navigate to manage domains. Identify the one which you want to move to Cloudflare and click on it.

Click on the change button and enter nameserver given by Cloudflare as shown in below image. Click save.

Recheck Nameserver

Time to cross verify if you have updated DNS names properly. After updating DNS Nameserver for your domain, head on to Cloudflare setup and click on continue. Next window provides you an option to recheck nameserver.

If it is green and status Active, then you are good. Your website will be served by Cloudflare network once it gets propagated.

That’s it… You added your site. You need to wait for 72 hours for the naming server to get propagated. Don’t worry it happens fast and there is no downtime.

TS tanong lang sa free SSL ni cloudflare kasi di ba papalitan mo din ang nameserver so yung magiging host mo si cloudflare na? tama ba ako?
 
pano kumita sir? May knowledge na ako sa wordpress, front and back end web dev. Interested ako.
