A feasibility study aims to turn your assumptionsinto knowledge.

1. First, develop goals. What are you trying to accomplish? Develop 3–5 goals that are specific, measurable, and time oriented.
2. Second, assess your current situation:

• Where are you at right now?
• What are your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats (SWOT analysis)
• What is actual vs. what is ideal?

3. Finally, assess external factors:

• Industry and market analysis: Is the industry growing? Is your market defined? Make sure you understand who your target market is and what their beliefs, attitudes, and values are.
• Competitor analysis: Define and research your competitors. What are they doing well? What are they doing poorly? How can you differentiate yourself from them. Hint: You will ALWAYS have competitors. If you can’t find anyone, you aren’t looking hard enough.

For my opinion, dapat po alam nyo po kung anong kulang sa inyong lugar i mean in your city or town, na pwedeng itayo like business building or any building po hehe basta yung pagkakakitaan. CE student din po kasi ako, nag FS din ngayon taon hahha d pa nakadefense, "Green Living SUBDIVISION" topic namin, ang prinopose ko noon is "Ilocos Coliseum", na parang Philippine Arena ang lawak at mga indoor at outdour games ang pwede. Kaya ang maipapayo ko lang po is, mapagmatiyag mapangahas matanglawin de jowk lang hahahaha Dapat po malawak ang imahinasyon at dapat po masaya ka po sa gagawin mong FS para mas mapabilis ang paggawa po ng FS
