Why can't I do certain things?

Basic requirements:

3. User's forum account must be associated with their Facebook OR Google OR Twitter account (at least one only)

• Maintain 5 post every 30 days period to keep your account on Established Group.

I agree with dark knight, iwas ka sa repost and flood. Just read the rules and regulation here, may patient pa ang admins pag newbie pero pag hindi ka na newbie hehehe lam na.
