I was. For now i'm doing fine with my life so no need to worry. Just got triggered kase yung ibang bata ginagamit ang "depressed" so lightly.

Mere words from a stranger can't cause "severe" depression. It can only cause mild depression well let's put how insecure a person be at overreacting then yes. What do teenagers think of severe depression nowadays? I just asked if she was truly depressed and what caused her depression so I can measure her depression. Kinda triggers me how I really said not to be rude. When you comfort a person do you just randomly do it without knowing what caused it? Answer that. State facts and actually see what are the stages of depression.
Oh yea when I got consulted the person consulting me asked "Are you really depressed" then I said "yes" in reply he said "Then what caused this"
