any promo na under sa fup ay throttled once na na consume mo yung data bandwidth na allocated sa isang promo babagalan ng isp pa unti unti ang connection mo
pag sinabing cap heto yun allocated data na bigay ng promo once na maubos mo to wala na talaga sya

intended talaga ang fup para macontrol mga users iba kasi ang cp sa pc speed ng device etc at main reason para kumita sila

kabalbalan lang ng mga telco yang FUP na yan. fair para sa kanila pro satin unfair lol. nilagay lang nila yan para kumita sila lalo. Mabuti pa talaga dati nung panahong 2009-2014 nung sa Smart di pa ganung kadami mobile internet user eh may unli net at LTE pa. dumami kasi subscriber kaya ginawa nila yang policy na yan.
