Closed Psiphon3 problem

I have this problem with Psiphon (see the pic). Everything is blank, and clicking on the menu does not work!
I downloaded it from their website or others, deleted it, redownloaded many times... same parin!
I'm using laptop windows 7.

Anyone has an idea why this happens? Many, many thanks in advance!
