Sa baba po ng message na nyan may continue button, pero everytime po nacclick ko yung continue ayaw mag load, magloload man aabutin ng ilang oras pero di napupunta sa next page kung saan maveverify ko yung identity ko. Literal na nalocked ako walang choice. Nagtry na ako ng Safari, IE, Firefox, Google Chrome, wala padin, nagclear ako ng cache, history pati sa phone na uninstall ng FB, at messenger wala padin po. Please help ano pong gagawin ko sa facebook ko nasstress na ko, importante kasi yung laman ng conversation ko sa messenger (sa business po ha, hnd po nuuudes lol) Sana po may pumansin at tumulong! Thank youuuu!

A) Don’t Open your Facebook account up to 96 hrs. Then after that clear cache and everything and may it will back to normal.

B) Go through the automated security verification process if it has detected some suspicious attack.

C) Email Facebook at disabled at facebook. It may take 2-3 days for a response. It asks about your name, date of birth and a brief description of the problem. They most likely ask you to confirm your identification with a DL or passport. After that they will send a reactivation link, assuming may you haven’t violated any policies.

Change mo lang yun at to @ and delete the spaces

Thank you sir, since sept 14 pa ako na locked, up to now wala padin, nagtry na din ako magreport dyan sir, pero no luck talaga, nangyare talaga to nung nag connect ako sa SM Free Wifi, badtrip talaga! (

Malamang may nag report sa yo kaya ka na lock. Try mo na lang mag email dun sa email add na provide ko, tapos wait ka na lang sa reply nila. Medyo stricto na kasi si FB ngayon eh dahil sa dami ng fake accounts na mga ginagawa. Si FB lang ang makaka unlock niyan para sa yo unfortunately.
