Yes it's safe. I just updated mine, few minutes ago. No problem with semi-FU, it will not affect ICCID ID only the OS.

Legit po ba? Mine was iPhone 6 Semi fu Japan. Safe po ba mag update? Nagtanong po ako sa cubao malolock daw po kapag nag update ng iOS and may extra bayad para iunlock. Paano po ba gagawin? Thanks!

First hand experience na po ung sumagot sa taas. Obviously, gusto lang kumita nung mga tech na pinagtanungan nyo kaya sinabi nilang mala-lock ulit at pagbabayarin ka.

what is semi factory unlock po? I had mine unlock two weeks ago using gpp chip, then kinuha uli ng tech yung gpp chip, pero sabi po nia pwede na daw to lagyan ng kahit anong sim. Semi - FU poba to? therefore safe to update?

Yes po. Yan po ung semi-fu. Pero nadali kayo ng tech kasi dapat sa inyo na ung GPP. With regards kung safe ba sa update, according sa experience ni kleiford93 sa taas, safe naman daw.

Decided to update my iPhone 6 na semi-FU. I have an openline iPhone 5s that has been in the public beta program. I was able to do software update OTA from iOS 10 to 11 last week with no issues.

At first, kinakabahan ako kung iuupdate ko ba or hindi. Nabasa ko kasi dito na wala naman sila problema so, nag-update ako OTA. True enough, I was able to update my iPhone 6 na semi-FU to the latest OS.
