SSDs, which make our lives easier at high speeds, have different mechanisms than normal hard drives; in other words, they do not have any mechanical parts. Because the data in SSDs is written in flash memory, which is limited to the write capacity, instead of the rotating disks , unnecessary write operations can cause your disk to run out of life quickly.

Windows 7, Windows 8 and 8.1, SSDs do not behave like normal hard drives and SSIM's support for various configurations such as TRIM comes. However, there are a few things you can do to further extend the life of your SSD.

Close virtual memory
Windows starts using the memory on your hard disk when your physical memory is insufficient. However, if the virtual memory file is on your SSD, the operating system is the bundle that will frequently read and write data to it. Therefore, if you have virtual memory, we recommend that you move or close it to your normal hard drive. You can access the virtual memory settings by clicking the Advanced tab under Control Panel> System> Advanced system settings> Performance window.
