Help Way to communicate to server without data? like messenger

May way ba para makacommunicate sa server kahit wala data pang internet connection ang isang app? Like messenger open lang ang data.

Anong gusto mo iparating TS? Messenger FB or Google? Instant Messenger na di gumagamit ng data to server?

Na intriga ako dito sa post mo ito..

Open data messenger ?? Ngayon ko lang narinig yan ang alam ko may data consumption parin ang fb messenger pero nilibre nila yung msg lang pero need parin ng data para sa photos, videos, link etc.

So, pede ang iniisip mo example IM yung sa shareIT while nagtatransfer ng data using wifi-direct gumagawa ito it sariling network kaya mabilis magpasa ng file so dahil may sarili kayo network (peer to peer connection) kaya gumagana yung IM features ng ShareIT pero once na mawala.. wala nadin yung connection nyo sa IM

Kaya kelangan mo ng madaming pera una para sarili mong network, 2nd data controller/server, mms/sms controller, signal tower or palipad ka ng satellites para makagawa ka ng sarili mong Instant messaging sa sarili mong internet/network

Instant Messaging - need ng data to connect kasi gumagamit ka ng internet
SMS - need ng load to connect para sa service
