INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg pork liempo, cut into 1-inch pieces

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 head garlic, crushed
3 pcs red chili
2 pcs bay leaves
1 tbsp black peppercorn
1/2 cup vinegar

1 cup water
1/4 kg picked leaves and tender stems of kangkong
1 tbsp toasted garlic
DIRECTIONS
1.Season pork with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Preheat a pan and drizzle 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Sear pork until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

2.Add garlic, chili, bay leaf and peppercorn and sauté for 1 minute. Add vinegar and simmer for 2 minutes. Add seared pork, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and water. Simmer for 45 minutes. Remove the pork and sauce and set aside.

3.Pour remaining oil in the same pan and sauté kangkong for 1 minute. Transfer into a serving plate. Place pork on top and pour sauce on top. Garnish with toasted garlic and serve.
