Closed Unblocking for sun sim katulad na ni smart (solved)

My SUN sim normally gets "data block" kapag lampas na ng 2.5 gb ang nakoconsume ko but bumabalik naman after 12 hours. One time I reached more than 5 gb, ito na ung first permanent block ko. So my last resort is to call CS – dial 200. That first call, wala naman kung anu-anong sinabi si CS. Just said na she will escalate my concern and told me to wait 12 to 24 hours. So I waited... about 18 to 20 hours bago bumalik si data. Then balik sa normal internet life ako. I got block after 3gb, then balik ulit after 12 hrs. Only that last monday, puro YøùTùbé lang naman ako. I had no idea na mahigit 6gb na pala ang naconsume ko. 10am biglang nawala si data. I waited 12hrs again but hindi na bumalik. I called, again, the CS about my data concern. (First call on my 2nd permanent block) This time she told me that my number has had an anomalous data usage, basta ganun, parang may anomalya lang (LOL). But she told me it will be escalated to their "techs". She gave a ref. number so wait lang ako for 12 to 24 hrs to monitor, tawag lang ulit kapag wala parin. So after more than a day, I called again using the ref. number given to me. Then CS said, hindi pa nga "close" ung concern ko and still under investigation. CS gave a new ref. no. and need to wait and monitor for 12 to 24 hours. Wala pa din, after a day I called back again the cs, this time CS told me still nasa tech group (or something like that) and still under investigation. I asked how much do i need to wait again and told me na HINDI na nila alam kung kailan, so wlang definite period na binigay sakin. CS was about to close the call, but then I asked kung wala bang ref no. na ibibigay sakin, told me that, yung first ref no. nalang daw ang gamitin ko. That day I decided to buy a new sim nalang. I only used up 5 days of my TU50 promo. Hindi narin masama. I have no plans of calling the CS back because I already have a feeling of what will their response be but, turned out, gusto ko parin marinig sa kanila. hehehe, so yep. CS told me now that I need to write a complaint with my signature on it together with any gov ID. Sad news.... sun.png

UPDATE
May pag-asa parin pala! Roam on/off works! Same trick with smart (dati). Need of course 100 Php load before maprocess yung roaming activation.

Nablock din ako. 2 days na po. Siguro permanent na to. Yung first blocking ko dati, 12hours lang, bumalik na after, so ayon. Ito na ata talaga to. Sa case ko naman 6GB yung una tapos 2nd block (maybe permanent) is 3GB.

If you haven't called CS yet, as in for the first time, try mo muna. Sayang din yung sim. As per my experience nga, yung second permanent block ko was when I reached 6gb data consumption in a day.
 
Wala talaga no blocking sa sun. Mga sinungaling lang 'yang nagsasabing no blocking sila.
Tama! Ang pawang katotohanan lang is TM at Globe NO blocking.

It has nothing to do kung anong FBT/UBT ang gamit natin. Nasa carrier mismo ung records ng data consumption ng sim card natin. So laging "red flag" kapag mataas ung data consumption mo in-a-day. Per my experience kapag naka 5gb and up na ang naconsume ng sim mo (in a span of 24 hours) and nablock, permanent block na yan.
