ginawa nila. a device that will predict the rise of water level in iligan river given the strength, length of rain. and it will automatically send a text message to people concerned.

had the same project for an LGU before. Scrapped the hardware (inaccurate after months of use - probably badly maintained) and used a weather API instead.
