try this, tangalin mo muna yung cable then magconnect ka sa softether server then pag nagcoconnect na sya, plug it in tapos check mo kung di sya nagerror 2.
modified method ko lang yan since originally via wifi ko yan ginagawa, kindly try it baka gumana sya :)

bkit po lagi requesting an IP address to the DHCP server on the VPN,,, ano po kaya problena help naman

Puno na pagka ganun. May limit kasi na user yung ibang mga account :)
