1st: Install app (Applicable on rooted or non-rooted)
2nd: Open Wi-Fi before opening the app.
3rd: After clicking scan inside the app you will see green Wi-Fi signal those are the wifi's you could possible access with 80% chance and some are red those wifi seems to be hard to access.

Any ISP, Isp means internet server provider pwede PLDT / GLOBE / SUN / SMART / BayanTEL / Converge etc.
