Ota error in tv plus

Ganyan din akin sa tv plus error

Pa help naman ako please.sinunod ko ung steps pero ganun parin.E004 tuner tune error

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

STEP 1: Turn-on TV Plus
STEP 2 Wait for the "Upgrade Menu Screen" to Appear
STEP 3: Select "Frequency" and encode 647143
STEP 4: Go to "Bandwith" then press "OK" to start OTA download
*NOTE:
Green progress bar and value should increase. IF NOT, check the antenna/Signal reception, advise to reposition if having poor signal reception.

STEP 5: During OTA Download, DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR TV PLUS, it will automatically reboot after successfull OTA software upgrade.

Note: ang 647143 ay Frequency ng para sa mga nasa METRO MANILA lang. Mas maiging alamin muna ang frequency ng inyong lugar/area para makasigurado.

Mga boss not working saken.. Nag auto reboot palagi, nka lagay nman ng tama ung " FREQUENCY "
reboot lng sya ng reboot. Wala na ba ibang solution? Patulong naman..

Mine is the same.. follow exactly the steps.. also tried other frequency na medyo tumaas pa nga yung Strengh & Quality green bars pero same pa din error. sana may nakapagana na.

Underscore_22 I've followed the steps kaso capture data timeout naman lumalabas. Max strength na nakukuha ko ay 54, quality 99. Kailangan ba mas mataas pa dito para mag update? Any ideas? Thanks!

Same problem here.. From cebu.. Lage nalang data time error.. Cebu is 611143 frequency.. Can someone help me plz..
