Change your APN to SMART LTE
if you don't have, then create one:

Name: SMART LTE
APN: smartlte

SAVE. then right after you use the newly create APN(SMART LTE), airplane mode for 2 hours.

give this chance to them na may magawa 'kahit papano' sa mga blocked sim nila, there's nothing wrong for trying.
di ko rin naman 'to ipopost kung hindi gumana sakin. kaso nag work e. I searched here kung may nagstart na mag-post nitong basic troubleshooting, kaso wala, so I started this thread.
