Requirements:
—jailbroken phone/non jailbroken
—cydia impactor(if you have pc)
—extender or filza file manager(if pc is not available)

-Download the file:
-Install the ipa to your phone using cydia impactor if non-jailbroken. if your iDevice is jailbroken the best easist way is to use filza file manager(cydia repo: You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.) or You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
—after installation. Open the setbeat app
Just register using your facebook account.Use the search tab to search the song you want or Artist name.
—play the song and below you will see a download icon,tap it and it will download to your playlist.Go back to your profile and you will the songs you downloaded.try switching off your wifi or data just to check that the song is playing even offline.

HOW to transfer the mp3 to your music library(jailbroken ios only)

-open filza file manager and navigate to
/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/Setbeat/Documents/songs
You will find the mp3 file inside the songs folder.
Copy it and paste it to your music library using filza file manager.
-open your music app and the mp3 is added.
