Orange League
The Orange League is a group of over 200 (mostly chinese) clans that try to maximize resource profit and clan XP from war with minimal effort. To do so, Orange League clans attempt to match each other in war by searching at the same time using simlar war weights. Once matched, Orange League clans set extremely easy base layouts 3 star, and use a lottery to decide who gets to win the war.
Syncing
To match (sync) each other in war, all Orange League clans need to have a similar war weight and search for war at the same time. In order to have an Orange League war weight, you must have at least 10 town hall 10's and no more than 5 town hall 8's. The stronger the clan, the better chance of matching another Orange League clan. The search time changes each war, and is kept relatively secret to minimize matches with non-Orange League clans, but they typically occur between 8am and 9pm Beijing time.
Lottery

Log in or register now.is used to determine who gets to win the war. The 3 digit number is updated every day at 8:30 pm Beijing time. The winner is determined by using the number drawn on preparation day, by multiplying the first two numbers together, and adding the third number. If the result of that calculation is an odd number, then the clan with the lower clan tag gets to win the war (1<9<A<Z). If the result is even, the higher clan tag gets to win. There are exceptions to this, so please wait for instructions from clan mail. The most common exception is if a clan has lost 3 Orange League matchups in a row, they automatically get to win the war.
Attacking
Our default attack strategy (as explained below) is if you are above our bottom 15 (1-35 in 50v50 wars, 1-30 in 45v45 wars) you will 2 star every war (with the option to 3 star if we get to win the war). If you are in our bottom 15, you 2 star if we loose, and 3 star if we win. There are some exceptions to this, so please refer to clan mail every war for instructions on how to attack.
In order to receive full clan XP (excluding the win bonus), every enemy needs to be at least 1 starred, and we need to earn at least 60% of the available stars. If every member 2 stars their mirror, all enemy bases will be at least 1 starred, and we will earn 66% of the available stars, so the maximum amount of XP will be earned. Therefore, in the Orange League, all members of the loosing clan are expected to 2 star their enemy.
Typically, Orange League clans ask their members to 3 star their mirror if they get to win the war, however earning the 3rd star can be costly (up to 100k elixir or more) and is inefficient in terms of maximizing profit. Therefore, in War Snipers 2.7, when we get to win the war, we ask that the bottom 15 members 3 star their mirror, everyone else has the option of 2 or 3 staring their mirror.
The reason we ask the bottom members to 3 star is because they are recieving the most bonus loot relative to their strength. The bottom members also have the weakest mirrors, so it should cost them less to 3 star. The reason we ask that 15 members 3 star their mirror, and not just 1 or 2 is to provide a significant buffer, in case we have members that fail to get as many stars as they have been asked (or fail to attack all together) or if some of the members from the enemy clan get more stars than they should. Some of our members above the bottom 15 may choose to 3 star as well to earn more stars toward their war hero achievement, which will help add to our buffer.
In some cases, the enemy clan may disagree that we get to win (especially if we have lost 3 in a row, or if the enemy clan is being punished for a previous Orange League rule violation). In those cases, we may ask for everyone to 3 star as the enemy will likely over star, so please check you clan mail every war for instructions on how many stars to get from your mirror.
