Closed Globe switch data. how to use sa pc ?

Goodday po. Ask lbg po ako kung paano gamitin sa pc ung mga globe switch na data? Pag naka vpn po kasi sa phone, hindi pde ma gamit sa laptop/pc via hotspot....

Ano po pde gawin para magamit po sa windows ? Para po kasi maka update ako ng files sa dropbox at googledrive.. thanks in advance..
