Imagine kung bawat 'file' merong 5,000 downloads then let say 1/4 of the PHC Members ay may kahit isang uploaded files then meron tayong 500,000+ members. So bale magkakaroon ng 625,000,000 page refresh sa site. Parang kang inaatake ng häçker using DDoS technique to take down a site or server by flooding that site or server with a lot of traffic that the server is unable to process all the requests in the real time and finally crashes down and we wouldn't want that.
