CWM/TWRP are some of the custom recovery available on android.
ang stock recovery ng samsung/nexus/etc. ay kunti lang available options (wipe cache/format/dalvik-cache, reboot to system)
ang custom recovery ay merong backup your whole android rom to sdcard/usbotg/internal and can be restored at future time as you wish.
it can also backup specific partition table on your device, like (backup recovery image, kernel image, data, system image or whole ROM)
u can also do advance terminal comands via custom recovery, like adb, rename and more..
most of all, custom recovery now does have its own UI, madali lang pag gamit basta lang nagbabasa ka sa mga functions nito

bootloader ay parang BIOS sa PC/Laptop, eto ang nag-kokontrol/assigned ng partition's /blocks/sizes ng system,kernel,data,.etc... your whole mobile device.
pag-nag-corrupt ang partition table ng bootloader, mahihirapan ka mag-repair, kundi dalhin mo na yan sa shop na may mga proper devices to unbrick your dead phone..
pag-power-on ng mobile phone mo nag execute unang-una ang bootloader to read your devices partition tree, then pag-load sya fully, it will proceed to load your kernel then system, data and so on...
