Right now, everybody’s just trying to get a bòò†ÿ. In fact, we try to make our derrieres pop without even meaning to! Yes ako din nahihirapan diyan ahahaha, it will help if we focus on our core. The more we do it, the more we make the muscles ready to perfect the routines. The back; be careful not to overdo it.
