Tawagan si CSR atleast you have 10php load balance

PROCEDURE:
1. Dial *888 para mareach ang CSR ng Smart. Its your way to find out kung paano makaka usap ang isang CSR. Madali lang naman tiwala lang.
2. Once na may makakausap na kayong CSR, WAG NA WAG KAYONG MATATAKOT/MAHIHIYA!! sa position niyong dalawa ni CSR ikaw ang may authority at power and CSR's are trained to be polite and accomodating pero kung anu binigay sa inyong paggalang sana naman ibalik niyo rin [WAG MAGING OVERACTING/PABEBE] and besides if nagsungit sila sainyo recorded ang convo ninyo so madali siyang ireport [IF lang naman/Popoy Mode]
3. ETO KADALASANG ITATANONG AT ETO MGA ISASAGOT MO
CSR: Hi mam/sir goodmorning this is BLAH BLAH how may i help you?
YOU: nandito po ako para ireport po sainyo na di po ako maka access ng internet sa sim ko. eto pong number na gamit ko pantawag sa inyo
CSR: [mag aapologize yan sa nangyari Team] Anong oras po tayo last nakaconnect sa net? is this your first time calling the hotline?
YOU: [be polite and humble] ayos lang po mam but i need you to fix this right away please. this is the first time na tatawag ako sa hotline niyo. [ you have the power na piliin ang time kung kelan kayo di makapag net but i prefer 10hrs ago gamitin niyo] as of 10pm kagabi mam last na nakabrowse ako sa facebook.. pag gising ko ng 7am wala na .. di na makaconnect mobile data ko [ALWAYS use na dahilan ang androidphone niyo. wag laptop/PC.. halatang IDM user ka lol ]
CSR: im so sorry to hear that sir pero itatanong ko po sana if naka register po ba kayo ngayon sa isang promo namin?
YOU: opo im currently using SurfMax50 [wag 299, ipapaduterte kita :blackeye:]
CSR: ok po. im very sorry to hear that talaga sir and we apologize sa inconvenience, now im gonna forward your concern and make a report sa Technical Team. [pagkatapos niyan bibigyan kayo ni CSR ng REFERENCE NUMBER , save niyo pag di nasolve within 24hrs concern niyo which happens seldomly sa ibang user] pakisulat na lang po ref num niyo sir sa isang papel..[BLAH BLAH] so is there anything i can help you with pa sir?
YOU: yun lang po mam.. please fix this immediately please.. thank you po.
YAN PO. wag na wag niyo sasabihin na NAGDOWNLOAD KAYO BIG FILES
