globe postpaid plan

Ask ko lang po if may hidden charges si G sa postpaid plans nila? Yung phone plan ko kasi is yung 799/month pero pagdating nung bill ko, 1k+ yung lumalabas na bill ko for the month. Walang response yung CS nila so I'm just confused. Salamats sa makakasagot
