external hardrive

I need my files but i cant seem to access my hdd. How can i retrieve it.

mga boss mayron po akong HDD galing sa laptop toshiba ginawa kong external harddrive with enclosure linagyan ko na ng maraming files (intallers, doc,movies, etc) problem is pag cocopyahin kona galing external to computer hindi na mka pag transfer. anu po kya ang problem? salamat sa ssagot,.😢

Yung 1TB Toshiba External HardDrive . Pag cinonnect ko sya sa pc. Diretso mag pop up yung Reformat this drive etc... Tpos pagnireformat ko success lumabas.. Tpos mayamya pag unplugat plug in ulit. Ganun parin lumalabas.. Dami kong search sa YøùTùbé at google wla paring epekto. Somebody help me...
