What do you mean recovery? Can you please upload screenshots? I don't care whether the pictures are taken from phone. And provide some more info, like; what were you doing before it encountered problems.

Free upgrade ba ts?. Merong reset mode ang windows 10 (factory settings) then there's also button where you could go back your previous os.

Ts, it can not loaded because some file are missing, in layman's term corrupted po os. Thay is why its looking for installation disc, digital installation ba yan?

Pede po kaya to? Hiniram ko sa classmate ko ...

Try pressing F8 or other Fkeys for "Advance boot option" . Kapag nasa advance options kana meron dun "last known good configuration" at "repair your computer " baka minor glitch lang yan sa registry or may corrupted os file. Good luck!

Try other keys during startup. Esc F1-F12
O kaya pindutin mo sabay sabay yung mga F keys right after mag restart. Para lumabas advance start up

Pag ayaw parin, hard shutdown mo nalang.
Press power button hanggang mag off. Turn on mo ulit. Then press power button hanggang magoff ulit. Repeat process ganggang lumabas advance startup options.

Pag lumabas na. Try the startup repair option.
