control panel> system and security> securty and manitenance > recovery

try adjusting your monitor settings, have you check your pc unit with other monitor?

Solved na to paps bigla nalang nagpalit kasi yung sa color ng windows sakin halos itim mlahat kahit settings itim kaya hindi ko makapa pero naayos ko naman an sya ngayon.
