Closed Website and app creation: in need of back-end web developers for website and android developers

We're looking for 3 back-end web developers who would like to join our team on creating a website. The team is composed of two front-end web developers and a graphics design artist. Residing or working in Manila is preferred as we can discuss in full detail about the website should meetings be required.
