In the time between 5:00 am to 9:00 am. Never leave your devices downloading heavy files. It is easy for the system to filter those who love to bypass the caps.

Disconnect the device as much as possible. Even you're not downloading on the said time but you downloaded big usage before it, it is still counted and candidate for block.

Share them and leave happily ever after. :wtf:

Sad to say too that calling 888 won't work anymore. :) They can be also called as Paasa.
