May dalawang paraan pra makaconnect using mobile phone as your modem.
1. Using Mobile Hotspot
Ito yung pinakamadaling paraan.
Just turn on your mobile data and mobile hotspot, connect your pc/laptop.
IPhunt using IPhunter or CDC in your mobile. Got the right IP?
Connect using HPI / Proxifier / Proxycap.
Pwede mong pagsabayin ang freenet sa phone and PC/laptop.
Hassle free kasi hindi nakatali sa usb cable ang phone mo.
Limit data: 2GB per day

2. Connect your mobile phone using USB cable.
Create a dial-up connection.
In my cse, ginamit ko ang HPI to create dial-up connection.
Run HPI, goto dialer, New Dial-Up
Device (drop-down option) hanapin ang name ng mobile phone.
Create then connect.
Pwede mo gamitin ang IPhunter ng HPI or
Makikita mo ang mga connections mo kasama yung mga available wifi
hanapin mo yung dial-up connection mo, then try to connect
Goto CMD, type ipconfig, check the IPv4 address.
Repeat the process sa CDC until makuha ang tamang IP.
Medyo mahirap mag CDC sa dial-up connection, mabagal kasi.
Maybe,15-20sec per CDC, pag tyagaan nyo nalang.
Pag OK na ang IP address, you can now connect to HPI / Proxifier / Proxycap.
Madali lang, alam na to ng karamihan. Explore nyo lang, wag masyadong pabebe.
