I already hard rest it 2x.. but it is always appearing in the screen.... please help me... :cry::cry:
 
use alcatel one touch update..
select 4033..just follow instructions..need internet connection when updating..

google mo na lang po ung alcatel one touch update,,;)

post result..

infected by monkey virus na cp mo..hard reset is useless po..
