For the settings (internet tricks), I don't have an idea.

Pero kung naka-PC ka na rin lang, bakit ka pa po maghahanap ng mga magpapagana sa mobile apps for PC? Check mo na lang po sa Internet Section 'bout sa vpn-vpn na para sa service provider na gamit mo at baka may gumana naman.
Suwistyon lang naman ang akin.

That's my problem sir. Since newbie po ako, I'm not that knowledgable enough to use VPN. I've downloaded a lot of VPN; HSS, SAFER, WENZ, but they seem to not work for me..

I thought you haven't tried yet those VPNs, that is why I am suggesting.
I am not sure what are the factors to be considered for them to work (location, etc.).
But if you think you have done the procedures accordingly but still no luck, baka hindi nga para sayo yung VPNs.
(Pero magtry ka pa din if may bagong update.)
Or try the bug tricks na mga naka-post. (And read the feedbacks as well.)
