Hi guys, i am a new member here, i really want to share this tweak which enables me to reach up to 600kbps DL speed, This tweak just includes
FinchVPN Free

Instructions:
Plug your Smart bro Plug-it, (This works even if you do not have enough balance)Connect to the internet
Then
register at Finchvpn.com for a free account,set-up your free vpn account
and Download all config files, set-up the config files with your Account.key
Run as admin (for win7 or vista),Then connect to the server, You MUST CONNECT TO A UDP PORT 53 Server,Use it for about 4 days, If you can't connect to the internet with Finchvpn without enough balance
Open your Browser, Internet Explorer,Mozilla,Chrome,ETC
Google Chrome User >Open Customize and Control Google Chrome>Open Settings>Advanced Settings>Networking>Change Proxy Settings>Click Lan Settings>Click Autodetect Proxy Settings>Apply>Okay>Connect!
Mozilla Firefox>Click Options>Advanced>Autodetect Proxy Settings>Apply>Okay>Connect!
After 4 days or more,
Connect your Plug it,Then connect to the Internet,Open once again your FinchVPN,
Go to Smart bro settings at Google Chrome, networking settings and click Use a proxy Server and Bypass proxy server for local addresses and Write 25.52.59.9 Port 53, This depends on your FINCH vpn assigned ip Uncheck "Use a proxy server for this connection And then Check Autodetect Proxy Settings Do this to your Lan and Smart Bro Settings!, Do not uncheck bypass proxy server for Local addresses,Then Disconnect, your power plug it, Then Exit Finch Vpn, Connect again to Smart bro
THEN VIOLA!! You successfully Increased your internet Download Speed!
My download speed SS is below it is when i am using internet manager,
