    1) Your sim card must have globe signal or able to receive incoming text or calls. No signal usually means that the account is terminated.
    2) You know your Globe Postpaid Number.

    Works on:

    1) Super homephone Globe postpaid
    2) Any Globe postpaid account

    Can Reconnect:

    1) Disconnected line due to exceeding spending/credit limit
    2) More than 3 months postpaid line

    STEP-BY-STEP Procedure:

    1) First, we need to get your postpaid account holder full name so simply Go to You can see links before reply and sign up for account. (If you already know the account name holder jump to step 11)


    2) Enter valid email address and your desire password.


    3) Once done, confirm the globe email verification from your email inbox.


    4) Login to your globe account.


    5) Click “View my account details” on right side panel


    6) Click +Add Account


    7) Enter your Disconnected Globe Postpaid Number and click send code


    8) Input the verification code you received from Globe and Click Add account


    9) Click Manage Account


    10) You will now see the information of account holder. Get the first name and last name.


    11) Using your disconnected Globe postpaid number, call 211 and dial 2 and 2. You will be reconnected to “Globe Reconnection Department”
    But if you’re using other Globe number, call 211 and dial 2,2,2,4, and 2. You will be reconnected to “Globe Reconnection Department”

    12) Now an agent or operator will talk to you, all you have to do is promise to pay within 1 week period from the date of your call.

    Please see below the actual guidelines when talking to operator:

    You: Hello, Ipapareconnect ko phone ko kasi na disconnect.

    Agent: Can I have the concerned mobile number?

    You: 09171234567 (Example Only)

    Agent: May I know the name of account holder?

    You: Juan De La Cruz (Example Only)

    Agent: Kayo po ba ang account holder din?

    You: Yes! (If sa babae nakapangalan yung account, you can tell the operator that the account holder is relative of yours.)

    Agent: Sir while pinu-pull up ko lang yung information niyo, let me remind you that there are 2 options available when reconnecting the line, the other one is through IVR or the self service menu. It’s free of charge but all you have to do is settle your account balance in full amount. The other one is reconnection via live agent/operator but it will cost you 100 pesos na magrereflect sa next billing statement niyo.

    You: Via agent na lang, ok lang kahit magbayad ako ng additional 100pesos.

    Agent: Okay sir, as I can see nga to your account the reason why disconnected ang line niyo is “INSERT WHATSOEVER REASON HERE”. Now sir, in order for me to reconnect your line, you have to promise to pay and give specific date if when niyo po pwede isettle ang balance niyo”

    You: Oct 1, 2014, I will settle in full amount. (Give any date as long as within 7 days from the date na kausap niyo ang agent)

    Agent: Is it okay sir if I’ll hold the line for a minute or two, I-proprocess ko lang ang pag rereconnect?

    You: Sure take your time.

    Agent: Maraming salamat po sir dela cruz kindly stay on the line lang po.

    (Globe amazing background music)

    ---You will receive text message kagad from Globe na your line has been processed kahit di pa binababa ng agent yung phone. Meaning nun Connected na ang linya mo. Ganun kabilis.---

    Agent: Sir na process ko na po yung reconnection ng line niyo, Ang monitoring time nito is maximum of 2 hrs, if wala parin connection kindly do the trouble shooting by turning on and off your mobile handset.

    You: Okay

    Agent: Okay sir is there anything else I can do for you to make it even more wonderful for you?

    You: Wala naman na. Bye! :lol:
