Mga boss ask ko lang po kung pwede po ako magpalit ng Play firmware. polkomtel po gamit ko ang nakikita ko lang po kasi yung polkomtel to zain walang polkomtel to play firmware
 
Mas advance ata ang polkomtel boss. Like sa 3G signal malalaman mo kung DC-HSPA+ or HSPA+ lang ang connection while sa PLAY and other firmware 3G lang makikita mo hindi type of connection.
 
boss baka may tut kayo dyan na free sa prepaid gamit yang modem na yan na kaya nang computer shop pa pm nman po thanks
 
Try to reset your modem Emman__ . Then try to remove the sim and insert it back after. Kung walley parin update mo ang firmware may lumabas na bagong firmware using the local update. I'll post the link here hanapin ko muna.

Here's the link para sa update ng polkomtel 21.311/21.313 to 21.316 using local update menu. Just download this firmware tas punta ka sa update menu then select "local update" then browse the file.

pero solved na hehehe. late ko nabasa

nagupdate lang ako ng firmware ko change ako sa South Africa Maganda rin malakas signal ng 4G

Palink naman po hmf file ni zain
 
Mga boss , tanong ko lang pano kaya ayusin tong 936 modem PLAY ang firmware na nya Kahit nereset ko na wala nangyare.
PROBLEM : May siganal pero Disconnected dahil yung sa profiles kung saan i seset ung APN ayaw gumana. wala laman at di din malagyan
