Closed Tnt no capping assistance

Hi to all PHC members. I'm just asking guide or any details quotation and or maybe some little explanation how this TNT No Capping works ? I've heard that there is a quota if you registered in that Promo, so i just want to know mga ka PHC how to bypass that.

ex; if i registered COC10
how long ( days ) can i use it?
how many MB allocated in that Promo?
is it more fast than SUN MMS ?
