Closed Three finger gesture malfunction need help

Hello, when i first bought my laptop i could swipe up with 3 fingers for the task view, and swipe down to minimize ung mga windows, pero after ilang weeks it started just opening cortana when i swipe up, and settings when i swipe down, i have a dell inspiron 15 3552 any advice??? I REALLY like the task view, and what's happening now is just disappointing. Dati kasi restart lang ok na ulit ngayon wala eh setting nlgpang 3 fingers down then cortana pag up

could be a newly installed program has changed your settings.

try to access the touch options/settings and see if you can change it back.
how to access?? read the MANUAL OF INSTRUCTIONS of your laptop.

if this is correct, get rid of the program overriding your settings.

I did check the settings. All the settings were fine but then it still does it so i ended up disabling the three finger gestures

Ma'am, try niyo po irestore ung pc niyo. type niyo po sa search restore then pili po kayo restore point diyan kung saang petsa po gumagana pa ung 3 fingers gesture na sinsabi niyo pra mareset ung settings on that time... caution: all application you installed after that date will be deleted or uninstalled but all documents after that date will remained... pwede niyo rin po itry ung sinasabi ni d3c2000

Pili nalang po kayo kung ano masgusto niyo gawin option lang po ung akin...
