    Job Description
    • Responsible for providing functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries. Liaises with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner and ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.

    Required Qualification:
    • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably BS ECE or any related course. College undergraduates who meets the combo profile considered • Must have 2 years customer service experience with at least 6 months technical support or network administration or other related fields as background • Willing to work on shifting schedules. • Must have fluent English communication skills
