If you are still under contract, eto po yung terms ng mga telco natin:

Globe:
Subscriber shall pay the Pre-termination Fee and Php 550 Administration Fee.
The Pre-termination Fee shall be computed as follows: Pre-termination Fee = Handset Base Price [HBP] - Cashout / Total Holding Period x Remaining Holding Period.

Smart: The Subscriber may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving the Company not less than thirty (30) days written notice of such termination, which shall become effective only upon settlement of all amounts due hereunder, including the pre-termination fee as provided in the Pre-termination Acknowledgment that forms part of this Agreement, together with any expense and cost (including legal cost) incurred.

Sun: Subscriber agrees to keep and maintain his/her Sun Cellular subscription active, meaning the subscriber can make and receive calls, send and receive text messages, including the use of any of the value-added services. (what is active? include definition) for the whole duration of his/her contract period (referred to as the “Holding Period”) starting from the date of activation of his/her subscription. Should Subscriber pre-terminate the subscription or should the subscription be permanently disconnected by DMPI for any cause as provided for herein before the expiration of the Holding Period, Subscriber shall pay DMPI a pre-termination fee as determined by DMPI. (separate form)

TL;DR : If under contract ka pa, may early termination fee kang babayaran on top sa mga overdue bills mo if there's any.
